Our facility is in Howell New Jersey, she is in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Her replacement buffet has been transferred to our long haul delivery service and we are currently waiting for the truck to be filled and dispatched to her area. I cannot guaranty a delivery date of June 12, 2017 as the delivery date is dependant upon the science of logistics.
When it was brought in the house the tag said, "Made in Vietnam." The dimensions versus the actual piece are not as stated. It may be 42" across the crown but the actual dimension is 38 1/2". The 18" deep as stated in the measurements is actually 16" externally and 13 1/2" internally. I had 16" containers that I was hoping to place on the shelves.

And when the Furniture Doctor delivers my table base he will give me the statement for repairing the problems with the other two purchases. They had a great variety and carried furniture from a number of reputable companies. The customer service team was great in answering all of my questions I had . They were courteous and respectful and made the process smoother. Couldn't have had a better experience.
The salesman, Terry, gave us ample time and plenty of assistance in our choosing our furniture. He answered all our questions and upon asking us a few questions, he was able to present a selection which fitted our requirements. It was a pleasant experience and we love our new furniture. The staff at Home Living is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional Barbara has helped me twice in the past and we are very pleased with our furniture.

I have emailed you or called you during each step of the process, often waiting 4 or 5 weeks for a response from you. Each call is recorded and each email has been documented. We are still waiting for the requested repair estimate for the needed repair for the hardware on the china cabinet. Please send it to me at your earliest possible convenience. We have been asking for this estimate since March 31, 2017.
She went out of her way to make sure we got the best price and service overall was impeccable. We plan on buying furniture for some other rooms and will only see Barbara first to help us plan, design and purchase. The Chatelet Fretback Sidechair is an excellent quality, heavy solid wood, well built and sturdy. Incredible depth of color and durable finish, love the antique look and open airy feeling. They match the Boheme table perfectly as we needed a long narrow dining table.

I would definitely purchase furniture from this company again. Sam is the very embodiment of what good customer service is all about, and being a business owner myself, I think I know a thing or two about customer service. I originally ordered a custom piece and made a mistake when I ordered it. I went back two days later and Sam took care of everything even though it was my fault.

LOVE THIS SET. My most favorite bedroom furniture I have ever had. He didnt try to sell but just gave me the facts. I appreciated his honesty and my $4K+ sofas arrived in time with no damages as expected.
If you are looking for value and cheap furniture but high in quality, you have found the right place. As to your questioning why the first buffet could not have been as perfect as the replacement, well I wish I had an answer for you. Your only complaint was that the hardware, specifically the bar that the door slides on was scratched up.
We also ordered an accent chair with a custom coordinating fabric. We will receive our set in 8-10 weeks and cannot wait! It was such a nice experience and we will definitely be back for more furniture.
